BOYS! BOYS! BOYS!

Yesterday we found out that baby #3 is another BOY!!!!!!!

We've had a lot of fun last night and today discussing the room arrangements. . .we're going to rearrange much of the furniture throughout the house to bring the computer/office out of the 3rd bedroom and turn it into a room for Mason and the baby! Today we came up with the theme for their room:

No more monkeys jumping on the bed!!

We have grand ideas for this room, but we'll see what really happens. So far we're thinking a tree in the corner with monkeys swinging from the vines and maybe even a thatched jungle playhouse. . .who knows, but we're loving the monkey theme! NO sock monkeys though - those things just creep me out!!!

Fruits of Our Labor!

After 10 years of marriage I'm finally starting to be interested in more domestic things such as making jam and canning fruit! I got 100 lbs of peaches and spend all day with my mom learning the fine art of canning! I also made some peach pie filling and froze them. I'm feeling somewhat proud of my latest domestic accomplishment - next year it's strawberries!!!

9 years old!!!

Aidan turned 9 on Monday - wow!!! He had a great little party - he only wanted his cousin Orion and his friend Ma'ake to celebrate with him, so it was a nice little crew! We had a blast at Chuck E Cheese!!!!

Watch our Garden Grow and Produce!!!

This Garden thing is exciting!!! We've picked 2 zucchini, 2 cucumber and 2 peas. . .several tomatoes are getting close as well as lots of peas and zucchini. . .I've already made my first two loaves of zucchini bread and will make more tonight! The corn is tasseling - I can't wait for corn - YUM!!! Mason so enjoys watering the garden and helping. He picked the zucchini today and couldn't wait to call dad to tell him all about it!
